These are a perfect replacement for your original rings. But you should understand that they will wear out just as fast as the originals. I have to replace mine about every 2 years

Easy to replace. Should have done it 2 years ago. The system is a great safety device.

I contacted Jessem about the quality of their o-rings as they completely degraded and requested assistance on that issue. They never replied so in the end I just had to order new ones to replace the bad ones. While the stock guides are of high quality and work very well, the O-rings on them are a weak link. After awhile the O-rings broke down and became gooey and deformed. One would think they would just dry out and crack like most rubber rings. Not these. With the goo like consistency they became dust/particle traps and became filled with crap. Removing them presented another challenge. They became like glue and was difficult to remove. Even had to resort to WD-40 to aid in removing this gelatinous mess. I have purchased their miter fence, their dowel guide and their stock guide for my router table so I have supported their product line which is not cheap. So I was disappointed when their customer service never responded to my issue with the O-rings and the quality of the material used in these rings. So if you decide to buy these rings for your Jessem products, you may want to procure some extras as they obviously don't last as long as normal rings.And apparently don't expect any support from Jessem on this. All I got was crickets to my question.
