Q: are there "over the ear" replacement ear cushions available for 450 xl model? hate cushions directly on my ear cartilidge.

There are multiple BlueParrott BT450-XT headset models and this cushion kit is compatible with the B450-XT Classic model (204010). If you are using the B450-XT MS (204305) and B450-XT BPB-45020 (204270), please check this listing: https://amzn.to/33o97Fm.

Q: Will this fit the b350?

This kit is ONLY intended for the BlueParrott B450. Both the leather and foam earpads were designed for the B450-XT. If you use this kit with other BlueParrott models we can not guarantee a good fit (for example this kit will NOT work with B250, B350, B550 models). The reason is that although these models look very similar the speakers on the BlueParrott headsets are all different sizes. Lastly, use this kit with the older B450-XT (1st gen) seen the images above. Do NOT use with the newer B450-XT released in 2020. The newer B450-XT has larger speakers than the previous B450-XT.

Q: Will this fit the model B550-XT

The B450 Cushion kit will only fit the BlueParrott B450-XT headset. We are looking a launching the B550 Cushion kit soon. Stay tuned for a release date.
