This book was absolutely amazing.The story line kept me so interested and I ended up having to get the whole series. Highly recommend.

Cole’s love for Austin is everything!Fairly good story line but would say it was a🌶️🌶️ (2 star) on the spice chart. So pretty tame for a dark romance, as I love my spice in a book!

This is the first book in the Dare trilogy and what a start it makes. It pulled me in from the very beginning and I was desperate to see what would happen. This is a dark bully romance with a ton of suspense.Cole Reynolds is a shark all the guys are and Cole wants to make her his toy. Once he set his eyes on her she was his.Austin has just moved in with her father and already things start to happen. After witnessing something she was never meant to see this puts her on his radar and Cole is willing to make her do whatever is necessary.I enjoyed reading this book and all the twists that came with it. I love the characters and I felt that each of these guys brought something different to the story. This story is told from dual POV and I loved it that way. These two had so much chemistry they were smoking hot together. Cole is a real alpha male and he never expected what he got from Austin. I loved the plot and how this story played out and I really enjoyed the start to this series.

If you’re a fan of Bonnie and Clyde and or the movie “heathers”, you’ll enjoy this book. It gets a spicy level of 3.5 out of 10. There were sections that were hot, however, it adds to the relationship that Austin and Cole have together. I also listened to the music as the book laid out in the pages and really created a movie in my head of what’s happening. The playlist is fitting.In terms of the rhythm of the book, sometimes it feels rushed other times it feels dragged out. The reason it works well is due to the twist and turns that make so I couldn’t put the book down. It made me look past the amount of the phrase “she/he plopped” and “ran he/she hands through their hair”.Overall, a great book, now that I know it’s a series I may be back for more.

From page 1 this book got my attention. I loved the FMC. Such a bad 🍑. The story as a whole was really good and loved how it wasn’t just some spicy but more so the whole plot behind it.
