My absolute favorite dies to use
I was looking for a gift card die cut for teacher gifts. What I got with this set was so much more! I love making the card holders, but the banners and folders work well with my bullet journaling and I use the frames for everything! This is my go-to set for nearly every crafting project I undertake and the price is so affordable, I've even gifted it to some of my fellow crafters!

Poor Alignment
I'm giving this a 3 for now because I've actually only used the one set and I think the 3 is generous. I wanted to love these dies. The photos of the finished projects are really cute and I thought they had a lot of possibility. I had trouble detaching the pieces and even resorted to wire cutters as one other reviewer said. The problem was that it left tiny metal nubs which ended up poking holes in the cut piece. I cut out the one piece that had a pocket attached and the alignment was terrible and off severely. Nothing matched up. The edges of the pocket ended up being short to the sides of the tag, and you can't fix that because it has scored the pocket edges, so making the glue tabs smaller, you would be able to see that scored line. I made several attempts and finally gave up. You can actually see on the die that the alignment is out of place. I also noticed on the one die that makes the rectangle with rolodex tabs on the bottom is horrible as far as the holes being misaligned and different sizes and shapes. I'm pretty bummed out as I was looking forward to creating with these.

Missing parts, no instructions for assembly, and very small.
Do you ever have that moment when you think you should NOT buy something, but you do anyway because the pictures are so appealing? That's this die set. I hated to spend $18.00 for an imported, no- brand name die. that's getting close to Spellbinders, Sizzix, Tim Holtz prices (and I think theirs are too expensive, too). But I did it because the pictures looked like things I'd want to make for journal ephemera. What a disappointment. In the first place, I think some of the dies were missing, or without instructions I could not figure out how to make the items. And everything is so small. Way too little to be journal ephemera. So, no value in this at all - in my opinion. This is the kind of die you'd buy from the online importers who bring in the no-brand name dies that dozens of people sell, and they sell them for $2.00 to $4.00 each. So way, way overpriced. And again, after my poor husband cut apart the dies, I think their were pieces missing. No file folder, for example, because that was what I was most interested in. Though give the sizes of the other things, it was probably 2" x 1 1/2 Inches. So this goes back to Amazon. Very, very disappointed.

There aren’t any instructions included.
Because there are no instructions, I do not know how to use a few of the dies. Very frustrating. But I do love the file folder.

Very cute die cuts
I really like the variety of this set of die cuts. Super cute and useful for using in many different projects. However, the fact that they are connected and you have to cut apart makes me give them a 3 star. Even when using a good cutting tool, it leaves little jagged points that rip the paper.

Cute dies.
Would I spend $15.99 for them again...NO! I like the file folder die the best!

Terrible quality die
This die is terrible! It doesn't cut completely through the paper.....any thickness of paper. Waste of time and money.

Wire or metal cutters & Googles required so the metal pieces won’t go in your eye when cutting.
This set is attached in a manner that unlike Sizzix you cannot just twist the pieces apart. I had to use wire cutter to try to cut the metal. It was very time consuming, my arthritic hands ache badly at the firve I had to use to cut them.I had
