No good.
I wanted to love this speaker...but it didnt even work. Well actually it powered on and sounded excellent for 3 seconds then....it went out, it shorted out and never worked again. Too risky to buy another.

Terrible battery
Battery life was terrible. Only lasted at most two hours on a full charge.

Great sound - Just a Little Buggy at times
The media could not be loaded. Highlights of my Video Review:I had to remove a star because my unit is a little buggy for me at times. It's not consistent, but I was able to capture some of it on video. First the good stuff:1. Great build - well made - feels substantial and solid.2. Splash Resistant3. Rechargeable, Bluetooth, NFC4. Battery Indicator Light5. The "X" on the front changes colours depending on what it is doing and also for alerts. You can download the iHome App and control what colours you want for the different alerts.6. Great Sound7. Comes with an AC Adapter and Audio CableBasically - everything is great on this and I really wanted to love it. But here are the bugs I've encountered with it:1. Sometimes it just won't turn on/off. I've pushed the power button in many different ways and sometimes it won't work. Turning on will eventually work...but there have been plenty of times I couldn't power it off and just left it - hoping that the it will just shut off automatically after 15 minutes of no use.2. Sometimes when it first plays music - it just automatically goes to the loudest volume, as soon as I push the volume button, it goes back to the proper volume.3. Pairing is weird. Sometimes it won't pair and I have to tell it to "Forget Device" then pair it up fresh in order for it to work. It's also weird because there are two pairings to do. If you pair it manually, it comes up as "iHome iX360". If you pair it with the iHome App - it comes up as "iHome iX360(BLE). It seems redundant to have 2 Bluetooth Pairings for the same device, but you will see in the video - when "iHome iX360BLE" is connected, I can control the whole colour changing thing, but music won't play. "iHome iX360" needs to be paired as well to have music play. This doesn't seem right...at least none of my other devices work like this so I'm not sure what is going on here. Now it could be that mine is just a lemon - and I hope that is the case. Without these bugs, I would have rated this a 5 star product. If there are any questions, please feel free to leave me comments below and I will do my best to answer them. Thank you!

Broke after 5 months
Update: As my new title states, this speaker stopped working after 5 months. It was used once a week for about 1-2 hours. First the battery gave out and then it just stopped working altogether. This speaker is perfect for the home - such as if you like to listen to music or take calls while cooking in the kitchen. It's also small and light enough (yet substantial) to take to the beach for a picnic. The speaker phone feature elevates this from every day ordinary portable speakers. The speaker comes with an AC adaptor for charging and an audio cable. On one end is a USB port which has a protective cover. On the other end is the power button, the Bluetooth button, and two volume buttons. You can charge via A/C or Bluetooth. It takes 6 hours to fully charge the battery. There is a 4-light charge meter on the back side to indicate the internal battery level. If you have an iOS device, once paired, a small vertical battery icon will appear at the top of your screen to indicate the speaker's battery level as well.Pairing took seconds ( a tone will sound) and the audio quality is fine. Even when my phone was taken to another room or upstairs, the connection remained strong and the music kept playing uninterrupted. When a call comes in while playing music, the music stops until you answer the call. Once you receive the call, you can take it via speakerphone as there is a microphone right on top of the lighted X. Once you end the call, the music comes back on.Also if you have an iOS device, there is a free app you can download - iHome Notifications - which will work with your device to color-code notifications with your speaker. The lighted X in the middle will light up in different colors depending on whether your phone is receiving a phone call, a text, e-mail, or other push notifications enabled on your phone. You can also select if you want the lighted X to be a solid color or to pulse either fast or slow.
