No. Based on the fact that it is magnetic.

The inside grid squares are 3/8 inch. There is a row of 5/8 inch squares that border the perimeter then followed by the smaller squares to make up the body of the rack.

Can you use this rack as an oven rack (meaning put pans on top of it) in a convection toaster oven?

Yes you can it’s I have a Stainless Steel Lil have no problems inside the oven

I actually haven't tried it in the broiler. I can tell you that it is thicker and heavier than other racks that I have tried, so it might work. The only problem I can foresee with using it in the broiler is that it might warp. The good news is that you get 2 in the pack, so if it does warp you still have the second one to use for cookies.
