I’ve been using Gaia Herbs Adrenal Health Nightly Restore for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep quality and stress levels. The combination of ashwagandha, magnolia bark, and other herbs really helps me relax before bed. I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit on the expensive side for the amount you get. Still, it’s an effective, natural supplement, and I’d recommend it to anyone struggling with stress or sleep issues.

This is hard to explain, but this thing frigging works so nice.Wish I could get much more and cheaper, bit this is an amazing product.After taking it consistently I have lost over 10lbs. My appetite is regulated and mind is clear. I get to SLEEP, as someone with chronic insomnia... try it yourself, it may help or not, but there is no harm in trying and seeing for yourself.(Obviously, check with your doctor and all that) 😊

This product is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for deep restful sleep or have been having a lot of stress in your life, the nightly restore will really really help make sure you have deep restorative sleep. Be careful taking it though and then playing on your phone or staying awake because if you end up staying awake it will make you even more awake. So be sure to take it right before you're actually going to go to sleep !
