Very good easy to make any things food

I was trying to make minched meat with it. But after a while it became very hot and motor stopped working. But after I requested for a replacement, I have got a new one. The new one is working very well so far.

I purchased this item in 2023 and have used it infrequently. My initial uses were limited to processing garlic and chili. In 2025, I utilized it to chop a chicken. Shortly thereafter, the machine experienced a reduction in speed, emitted a small amount of smoke, and subsequently powered off.

Black & Decker is usually a good brand, but this one slipped in the cracks. 1- The rotating blades get stuck together. And you need to pry them apart to wash them as food gets stuck inside and between them. 2- You need to use a towel when taking the blades apart, or you will end up cutting your hands. 3- Food gets stuck inside the rotating blades, and you need a thin brush to get everything out. 4- I find little pieces of black plastic in the food after chopping and mincing. 5- The bowl cover has sharp edges, so be careful when you wash it. 6- Splatter of food gets stuck in the area where the rotating blades attach to the motor. You need to use q-tips and toothpicks to get it out. And it’s not washable. 7- After using it for one year, the two blade sets don’t fit into each other anymore, they are loose, so I’ve been only using the bottom blade. I hope this helps.
