I hesitated on leaving this review only because I believe in gatekeeping life saving items. But I cannot shut up about this!! I already use the gel which helpd with some things. But I still had reoccurring UTIs, yeast infections, and BV. The BV smell was sooo bad I used to question if my coworker was taking a shower not knowing it was me. I literally smelled like someone who didnt bathe after the gym (embarrassinggg🥺🫣). This supplement is THEEE golden benchmark of women feminine products. Obviously the smell wont just vanish, but it isn't as strong and its definitely manageable

Life changer! This particular brand was recommended by my DR. Being 70, well 67 when he recommended, let's say I had some "issues" with stomach related, quick trips to the toilet hoping I'd make it in time.
