Go Cat, Da Bee Wand

My cat is a very high drive cat and turns into an absolute predatory BEAST over this thing. He sees Da Bee come out if the drawer and goes NUTS. There’s no other toy that compares, it’s the only thing that really gets him excited and helps discharge the excess predatory hunting energy. He’s obsessed to the point I have to hide it. It’s perfect for him to carry around in his mouth and there’s plenty of length between the Bee and the end of the wand. I have to intentionally end the hunting session and put this toy up completely or he will just continue to want to play with it all day long. I love this company and the toys they make. I also love Da Mouse.

This is my cat’s absolute FAVORITE toy. Usually she gets a little tired of toys after a while but she’s loved this thing for months. I’ve never seen her play like this! Even our older cat who is more of a lounger loves it. One thing to note is that the bee does shed a little bit, so it’ll need to be replaced, but it’s totally worth it.

Best cat toy EVER. My little semi-feral rescue LOVES playing with me with this toy. It keeps her engages AND close to me to gain her trust.

“Da Bee” is the hands down favorite of my cats. We had to buy two so we could play with them dually in separate rooms and limit jealousy. They loved “Da Propeller” as well but those feathers tend to break. The bee is robust and enthusiastically leaped after.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Our cats absolutely love this toy. They have worn out the first and this is our second. We have two cats and they will drag this around the house. We never know where we will find this in the house.

My 3 month kitten loved this toy. It always kept her engaged and interested. But within a week she ripped it and a bunch of tiny “plastic hairs” got everywhere. She was sick for almost a week afterwards due to her ingesting some while trying to bite the bee. Anyways, its an amazing toy just wish it lasted longer and wasn’t something that could tear open like that.

It's a great toy to get my cats moving about. Unlike many other cat toys this has a braided wire instead of thread/nylon/cord which makes it impossible for my cats to chew through it when thy do catch the toy. I recommend it for that. The cons about it is that the sisal toy (bee) is kind of fragile and you may need to replace it sooner than usual if your cats are particularly rough. The plus is that it is super easy to replace as it has a clip holding the bee on. Please note that with all cat toys that have a length of wire/string/cord attached you should not leave this toy unattended as your cat can (like small children) get caught up in the wire and come to harm.

I have a high energy cat I need to tucker out. Lately she's lost interest in Da Bird so I got Da Bee hoping something new would be more exciting. It worked 100%. All three of my cats go crazy for this thing. I do agree with other reviews that the bee lure itself isn't very durable, especially when my cats make a genuine effort to destroy it. It took damage in the first 20 minutes, but hey, they sell refills.
