It really does look as pretty as it's picture. I had no trouble stringing the watchband I wanted to make to it. If I hadn't used wire though I might have. I haven't had it very long, so can't say how it will hold up, but it keeps good time. Understand we aren't talking Seiko quality here, but for a craft watch it's just fine. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
