Awful water taste (bad fish) i flushed my whole system like 5 times and every time the smell goes after flushing and comes back after water settles for a few minutes in the filter . I’ve noticed a couple of reviews here mentioning the same issue, it would be great if the vendor can explain what’s happening here and whether its a product defect or something. I had to throw this 3 days after hours and hours of flushing/wasting water

This filter gives an horrible after taste, tastes like plastic and not pleasant. Have wanted a few weeks to see if it goes away and run many liters of water through it but no improvement.

Llevo varios años con esta marca de filtros y no defrauda . El cartucho de filtro iSpring FA15 ha sido una gran mejora para mi sistema de filtración de agua. Se nota la diferencia en el sabor, eliminando cualquier rastro de cloro y dando un agua más fresca y limpia. La instalación es sencilla y el rendimiento es excelente. Dura bastante tiempo antes de necesitar reemplazo, lo que lo hace una opción conveniente y económica. Además, su compatibilidad con sistemas iSpring lo hace ideal para mantener una filtración de calidad. Si buscas un filtro que realmente haga la diferencia en la pureza y el sabor del agua, este es una gran elección.

I use a sediment cartridge, carbon cartridge, ro membrane and dionizer resin bed filter with this Alkaline and mineral filter and its been working great. I use the rodi system for my reef tank, but since rodi water is essentially stripped of everything bad and good things, I could not use it for drinking purposes, so I bought this filter to remineralize the water and it did. the rodi water had 0.01 tds, and after running it through the alkaline filter, it went up to 0.14 which means I have minerals again essential minerals. The Ph was already pretty good at 7.6-7.8 but after running it through the alkaline filter it went up to 8.8-9.0, and as you may or may not know alkaline water is great for you as apposed to acidic water, and since your body is made up of mostly water it makes sense, anyway iam rambling here, so to wrap up I am very happy with the results.

Mi opinión de tras un año de uso Llevo utilizando este sistema durante todo un año y mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La presión del agua se ha mantenido estable en todo momento, sin caídas ni variaciones notables. Además, el agua no presenta sabor ni olores extraños, lo que transmite confianza a la hora de usarla en el día a día. Aunque no he realizado un análisis técnico de la composición del agua, considero que cumple perfectamente su función: eliminar impurezas y ofrecer un agua limpia y agradable tanto para beber como para cocinar. En definitiva, ha demostrado ser un producto fiable y práctico, que aporta tranquilidad en el uso cotidiano.
