Solide dans l'ensemble bien que les poignées ont l'air plus fragile que le reste l'appareil est plutôt qualitatif et stable. Idéal pour travailler mes abdos en profondeur surtout si vous mettez les tibias avec une bonne épaisseur de mousse sur les poignées et vous faites coulisser vos genoux vers vos coudes posés sur le sol en position gainage, ça fait travailler le bas des abdos !
