Good for protein bread
Unless they change the formula, which a lot of other brands are doing now, this product is great for making eggwhite bread. It whips up nice and fluffy. I beg and implore the manufacturer to please never change this product. This is about the 6th brand I’ve had to turn to, as others stop working and won’t whip up anymore due to added lecithin, or other additives.

Fantastic Protein Boost!
I absolutely love the Eggylicious Egg White (Albumin) Powder! It’s become a staple in my pantry for a quick, natural protein boost. The powder mixes smoothly and is incredibly versatile—I can add it to my smoothies, baking recipes, or even my morning oats without altering the taste. The fact that it’s made from fresh egg whites really shows in the quality and purity of the product. It’s also easy on my stomach, unlike some other protein powders I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a high-quality, natural protein source, I highly recommend Eggylicious. It’s convenient, pure, and effective!

Hard to mix
Well this was a pain trying to mix. It work out in the end but I think it is better suited for electric mixers.Once thoroughly mixed it tastes like egg whites and can be used in any recipe. It also forms stiff peaks with the right ratios.

Great value, stores well, great for meals.
I am starting to cook more healthy, basic food and bought this with the idea of easily adding extra to meals with low effort. This brand of egg whites is so very pure looking! It has no scent. Perfect product. Mixes well, high protein content.

Good egg whites
Pure egg whites, nothing else. Taste like egg whites, good for baking and cooking. Good value for the price. Egg whites are dehydrated into a powder form. Pure protein, no fat from yolk.

nutrition info is incorrect (Potassium)
The nutrition info for this product doesn't add up if it is indeed just powdered egg whites. 1,667 mg of Potassium per 1.5 tbs makes no sense and would be a dangerously high number if true. Numbers I'm seeing online for pure egg white powder per tbs are something like 156 mg per tbs. Something doesn't add up here.

Great stuff
Using this for cottage cheese bread. Made two loaves both turned out great used one dry measure cup for each loaf and i still have more than half a container. Will prob get 5 loaves from this container. Works great tastes eggy. Put water in bowl first then eggs and mix with fork and spatula before using mixer. Whips up high and fluffy. Best dried egg whites ive ever used.

Horrible taste and smell
I wanted to make "cloud bread" which calls for egg whites only, the recipe I found used egg white powder (as opposed to fresh egg whites). I used this powder and I cannot describe the smell and taste of what came out. It is a repugnant sulfur smell which is made worse when baking. I was made instantly nauseated, had to throw away. Reading about this more, sounds like depends on the powder.
