It works
This has definitely helped my 4 month old son get over his nasal congestion and runny nose. For weeks I did what his pediatrician recommended which was nasal spray, a cold mist humidifier and Nose Frida aspirator. I also took Echinacea in hopes that it would pass through my breastmilk and help his immune system fight the cold. It wasn't until I added this to the daily regimen that he started feeling better. I love this product and use other items by this company for my baby. It's all natural, works and my son has never fought me not to take it. He drinks both this and the Camilia happily. Thank you for a great product that is safe, natural and easy to use. I'm very grateful that my son is feeling better.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I ordered this product after reading some of the first reviews and they all touted this as a miracle worker. Looking for a resolution for congestion and runny nose do my infant I ordered it. Once I got the box I noticed there was a large white label covering the usage amount as well as the ingredients. HUGE RED FLAG. I went back onto Amazon and looked up the ingredients and the 2nd one is Belladonna which can be toxic to infants, cause seizures, eyes rolling, twitching or even death. It turns out this company reformulated this product years ago and Amazon is still letting someone sell this product that is extremely harmful to infant. PARENTS BEWARE

Great for kids
I used it for my son and his sneezing/coughing stopped. Great product and must have in medicine cabinet. Did not make him loopy or lethargic.
