I ordered this RO system several years ago and it works fantastic. I routinely check the TDS of the tank and have never found it to be over10 ppm. Generally it is below 5 ppm. I ordered this kit which contains 3 years worth of filter changes as well as a new RO filter. I don't actually change the filters very often, maybe once/year and it still provides excellent water. It isn't the easiest thing to change all the filters out, but I have seen worse systems. I used to have a "professional" system which was in the house when I bought the house and it never worked right. This unit does and at a very low price.

Amazon should work up some procedures to compensate for the cases like this. Negligence likely related problem but the choice given to customers is to accept the package with missing part or sent everything (XXkg box) back. This is very inconsiderate to the customers, seller and environment. Anyway, missing part of the order, in this case is the fault of the seller / manufacturer so this product is not as advertised.

Sometimes it's not about when everything is perfect, it's about what you do when it isn't. Package of filters was a good price, arrived in 36 hrs or so, quality looked good, easy to install, but... ...the newer quick-fit PAC filter was designed for all 1/4" pipes, and I have a mixture of 1/4" and 3/8". I called up Express Water and explained the problem, emailed a couple of pics, and for a day or 2 we discussed potential solutions. They even went as far as mocking it up in their lab and sending me a pic! Some 1/4" to 3/8" adapters and some spare 1/4" pipe arrived, free, in about 4 days, and everything is working fine. Thanks guys - great support, and I am one happy customer!

The water here, for the most part, has arsenic in it. From what I have been informed, it comes from water running through the soil and over the rocks below the surface of the soil. This filter removes the arsenic! We have our water tested annually and the water is clean.
