Racks are substantial and perform flawlessly
Installed on a 2022 MB GLC 300. Installation was quite difficult but, once you find the right spacing and figure which rack is front and back, they do a great job. Plenty of support for a fully loaded basket. (75+lbs.)

Very disappointed. .
After mounting, I was able to pull the rack off with one hand. Don't trust that these will not rip off when hauling a SUP paddleboard at more than 35 MPH. Instructions are poor. Biggest problem is that the l-shaped rubber clamp does not fully seat. Tried changing the position twice and still they were easy to pull off with one hand. Adjustment screws were chrome plated, not stainless. Will spend $400 to buy a real MBZ cross bars from the MBZ dealer. Hate to pay that much, but don't want to lose my surfboard on the freeway and loose $1800 board or worse have someone sue me for damage to their car or cause an accident.
