I never write reviews but for this I will . The product itself is actually not bad , no bad smell and very compact . I’m a uk size 8-10 and got a small which fits perfectly fine I even will buy an extra small ( not from this seller ) but the stitching is very poor . I’ve had this product for 3 days . I’ve hand washed it and let it air dry and worn it to the gym and probably for about 9 hours a day . But today for my gym session this morning after the 4th day I see the stitching by the side is already coming undone . Quite disappointing for a trainer that’s 20 pounds but maybe you get what you pay for . I’ve had cheaper and better but I do like how theres hooks and clips , a zip and Velcro . But in terms of quality I don’t think I’ll be buying again

Covers you all the way from under the bust to below the navel. The double straps hold you in well, but it could overall be firmer.

I think it would be ok. I don’t want something which is too tight on me. It’s it stretches properly and I move it. Will rate it when I use it

Good velcro and material but the small is too big if you are a size 8/10. I used it as I have diastasis recti and lost alot of weight but have a bulge and this was too big for the weight I was losing.Zip did stay put regardless of other reviews of zips breaking. Will need to order a XS.

Enhances hip shape. Comfortable. Use it once or twice when I work out. OK, it somehow restricts some movement during work out, but it helps with the burn of fat within the region it’s covering (belly) in my opinion. I do not however use this if I’m going out for a night out or evening dates/meal. Don’t think it’s for that purpose. Highly recommend it.

Fit as expected. I'm a size 16. Bought size XL. Amazing for praticing sports and made sweat a lots.I Bought it because I need to loss tummy fats and works perfectly in my walks under my sport outfit

Brought this item to wear whilst training. Good item says what it does. Not too restricted on the back good sizing. Recommend to all buyers.
