Love it
It's my favourite pasta brand now! Never disappoints, cooks perfectly with a good bite, good value. I even asked an Italian friend who advised that this was indeed a good brand. Decent size for the price and a great variety of shapes. I love it

Good quality at the right price
Why did you choose this product over others?: Needed large size pasta for a recipe but couldn't find in shops. Easy to source here and good quality at the right price

The brand doesn't need much intro, if it's made in Gragnano it's excellent. Garofalo is really good in keeping cooking (cottura) and retains all its texture, absolutely fantastic. Just cook it in abundant salted boiling water the time displayed on the packaging. Italian style? Cook it for one minute less so that it will have even more of a bite and the 'nerve' (uncooked line) in it. I bought this when discounted so cheaper than lesser quality brands you get from supermaket, great bargain!!

This is good. High quality pasta indeed. We used this pasta on Pomodoro sauce and taste was awesome. The pasta is thick yet we could eat it after 17 mins of boiling. We will use this product again.

Beste Pasta die ich je hatte.... !!! Der Kauf lohnt sich wirklich und besser man investiert in Qualität und Geschmack. Als in 0,99 Cent Pasta die verklebt und nicht schmeckt. Klare Kaufempfehlung !

Even after boiling it for over half an hour the pasta stayed uncooked inside! I won't use it again for sure.
