Nieves Barragán Mohacho is the renowned Spanish chef behind London's Michelin star restaurant Sabor. Loving the recipes
We're in stage 4 lockdown here in Victoria, Australia but it feels like we're on holiday as we're making recipes from this book almost every night. The oyster ceviche is delicious. There are so many great flavours in here.

Not a cookbook in my opinion
Awesome book full of authentic Spanish recipes to explore. However there are very few photos of food and most of the recipes are not illustrated at all. This is not helpful since the dishes are new to readers and it is not easy to imagine a meal without clear plating suggestion. By all means the book is fun to get to know Spanish flavours and dare to make one or two recipes from the selection, but I would not call it a cookbook
