Could this be Logistical bacon mislabeled as Tactical bacon?

This is definitely tactical bacon due to the added smoke flavor. It's more of a hickory smoke with just a hint of gunpowder, but it's definitely tactical. Logistical bacon has diesel fuel and burnt rubber added to it. It's a totally different product. And for the guy who suggested that this might be strategic bacon, gimme a break. It's not radioactive! LOL!

Is this bacon California legal?

No, but if you buy it in Arizona, you could bring it into Cali as a "ghost bacon". Of course, if you want to be in compliance, that's not advised, and if you DO, you have to add about 8 oz more healthy in order for it to be legal. Also, you won't be able to eat more than 10 steps at a time. Things to think about.

Is it the same can as the picture displays or is it the one in the description with a pig?
