I bought a few sugar free lemon candies to help me unblock a salivary gland. These were the best tasting and also seemed to work best. It took me a few weeks to resolve that issue, but these lemon candies, along with lots of water, helped immensely.

I suffer from dry mouth and got these because they are sugar free. Great flavor and will be purchasing again.
