This is a great little pot. It is very attractive, easy to clean, and I love the double handles. I am small and elderly and pots with one long handle are difficult to lift. The company (Hestan) is also a great company, easy to work with and has exceptional customer service.

I look forward to cooking in this pan. Smaller than I expected but I am sure I will get a lot of use out of it. Time will tell re: how it holds up and how easily it cleans up. Price-wise, I have never paid this much for one pan. Today is the 28th, I received this on the 21st - have not even used it but it is $57 less today - were this a brick and mortar store they would refund me the difference with a 30-day price guarantee.I decided to go for quality since the Cuisinart “Armour-Guard protective coating “ started to peel off into the food after a dozen or so uses. Not sure Ill get over the feeling that I got taken for a ride on the price though to order from this line again. Or at least order it from Amazon. Rating is middle because I have not put it to use. Were it based on feeling the price gouging I’d give it a ⭐️

Follow the cleaning instructions and this cookware will easily last 1 or 2 life times.Simply use a Non Scratch abrasive pad or sponge with something like Bon Ami or Hestan cleaner. Rinse and wipe off water, done.Titanium is safer than any other material, including certain stainless steels, which can leach nickel and other metals, in the first several uses. I buy a Hestan piece occasionally during sales. I own 3 pieces now. First one is 2 years old, looks brand new.I have even used steel wool on it aggressively, and there was no damage at all. I have since learned that there is never any need to use steel wool on this.

I was very eager to try this product - after being delayed in shipping it finally arrived - opened the box and went yah not so much! it's tiny - moderately heavy but nothing I saw that made it worth almost $300.00. I will say its pretty but not worth it. Worst part of the process is I get to pay to return it - but at least I won't waste space on something that's not what I expected or wanted. After thought - I forgot to mention I actually measured the capacity of this item - shock me! it won't hold 3 quarts - almost a cup less then 3 quarts by my measurements. Add to this it was to the rim to hold even that smaller amount - not what I would consider a safety feature.

Very nice pan, non stick and very professional looking. Does discolor a bit more to a beautiful blue ifnused on gas.

This nanobond pot is the best of the best. I tend to forget sometimes that I have a pot of water cooking. When I finally remember, there is no water in the pot any more and the pot has burned black and is smoking hot. It happened multiple times in the past, and I had to throw the pots away because they crubled under the heat, Not so with this one. No matter how badly it was burned, it will always come clean and look like new with the Hestan cleaner. No deforming or buckling or anything. I have this pot since over 3 years now and it has gone through so much abuse because I use it multiple times every day. I didn't know you could fall in love with a pot, until I got this one. I initially thought the price is very steep for such a small pot, but boy has it paid off already for all the pots I didn't have to throw away after burning them. This one can't be destroyed, no matter how hard you try it. After over 3 years and multiple severe burns, my pot looks still brandnew today. I would never buy anything else any more only Hestan and only Nanobond. Non toxic is very important to me. and even though they are expensive, the Nanobond cookware will last several lifetimes.
