We’ll I tried the trial pack and at £35 wow, do not waste your money, 6 tablets a day, only thing I noticed with these is I got a bit of a sweat on whilst working out. Was previously using Thermoburn by the protein works, much better product, actually felt something when I had taken the tablet and literally sweat buckets during my work outs and noticed my belly reducing. Loads cheaper at £12 and miles better results. Do not waste your money, trial pack £35, 1 months supply £100.

45 year old male here. Kicking off with 1 tablet 3 times a day before moving up to 2 tablets before resistance training and then moving up to 2 tablets 3 times daily.Definite upswing in energy, motivation and recovery time.
