My husband suffers from gout. He has had episodes so severe that he missed six weeks of work due to the intense pain and swelling. Oddly enough, he had tried two different highly rated herbal gout formulas that did little to relieve his symptoms. I use this supplement, since I had kidney stones, and it is worth it, as I have to use the restroom a lot, but I drink a lot of water, so I recommend this supplement.
