Everything you need except heat gun or hair dryer.
Had all the tools needed to swap out. Product came in 2 days which was sooner than any appointmet to get part replaced, (they would probably have to order part anyway. Jump on internet and look for "how to replace charging port on Samsung Galaxy Note 9". Takes about an hour just be careful back glass is very fragile and the suction cup method doesn't really work good, use the small flat head to pry open just a little bit for the "guitar picks", I broke my back glass around the camera/fingerprint sensor. Use a good hair dryer or heat gun on the adhesive.

Next morning shipping didn't happen like it was supposed to but the item worked well. The tools are not completely useless like others have stated. Changed out in 10 minutes and does fast charge. Would buy again.
