Excellent product but high price.Much cheaper if you get it from international shipping but I needed it urgently.

High Quality Replacement
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement for a broken or sticky throttle on their ES4 scooter. It was a slight pain to install but that's not the fault of the company who made this part, that's the fault of Segway. As good as OEM in my opinion.

fixed error code 14
Dropped my scooter code and got error code 14. replaced the throttle with this item and everything working perfect again. check YouTube for instructions...

Worked fine.
It required a littlebtinkering with the spring to get it to clear the error code 15. Did the trick and hadmr scooting around again in no time.
