Very happy with this knife, very sharp, watch your fingers. Cut the sourdough so well, and l could cut thin slices for sandwiches.

This knife is decent. No major complaints. Head to return as the handle just want suited for my large hand. Had nice weight. Not heavy like Western style knives, but not cheap-light.

For a fair price you get a good copy of a Japanese knife from China. I would say it's good quality, holds razor sharp edge well for a while. Easy to sharpen as well and it's my go to tool to effortlessly chop up anything.
