These are really fat, but suprisingly easy to use. Bought them for students to write on concrete in the schoolyard, but I like them for my classroom! The colors really pop and make reading from the blackboard easier and more enjoyable. I can separate information into sections using different colors. I end up using this chalk more often than my smart board. Thin white chalk always makes me cough, but this chalk is a bit moister so it makes less dust. Bonus: They last for months!!! Love that. Excellent product!

Daughter likes to use chalk in the backyard to practice her spelling words. This makes it more fun. She then takes a bucket and paintbrush will play for hours in the backyard like the variety different colors. Anything to get her excited to work on spelling words.
