One of the few combined weight lifting and dipping belt available on Amazon. Strong sturdy construction, perhaps a bit stiff but will probably break in after a few wears. fabric dipping clips, but feel strong enough to carry a significant weight. the buckles looked plastic online however they're actually metal.

I got this to use for weighted pull ups and dips (climbing workout), I'm a 30" waist & with the small belt would struggle if I gained any fat, the sizing is maybe a little conservative.Only 4 stars as the d rings for attaching weight dig into my hips, which can start to get mildly painful over time. Would benefit from a better location or padding behind the rings.Overall a good product

Don’t normally write reviews but had to comment on excellent quality and price and design. Spring on one of clips doesn’t work but that does not bother me.
