Great lock, easy to set code, worked well, tsa opened to check and relocked no issues at all

Easily set the locks and when I travel I can quickly attach and lock my luggage with no lost time.

The code dials are flimsy, Loops are quite large so zips can still be opened a bit. Otherwise they do the job.

I guess this worked ok - I don't really have a way of knowing since the first time I used them the zipper pulls and lock were completely ripped off my bag. I'm guessing that the lock got caught on something and took everything with it. I'm just thankful that the zippers themselves held and the contents of my luggage weren't strewn across the tarmac. I don't travel much but have since been told that no one really locks their luggage anymore unless they're going to certain destinations. Thankfully my hotel (a WDW resort) had the means to fix the bag or this story would not have had a happy ending. My husband's & son's bags came through unscathed but lesson learned - won't be using locks again. So...did the product perform as advertised? I think so. Unfortunately, a by-product of that performance is damage to my luggage that would not have occurred had I not used the lock.
