Love this machine. Got rid of my iron. Put this on TURBO boost and it does a fantastic job. Of course an iron will always flatten and crease clothes better... but an iron will also ruin them more easily. Shine, melt marks, flattening etc... all a thing of the past. Love this thing - but the controls are well, fiddly. Great purchase and will never go back to ironing/ironing board.

Did not like this at all especially for the price.I returned it and got a handheld version instead for half the price.The steaming line is very short and it’s just not practical.Hanging a dress or garment to steam on the hanger does nothing as it has nothing to hold it against. I wanted to steam my curtains and this had trouble doing that.Pro is the big tank but what’s the point if the steam output isn’t that great. Stick with a smaller one with the same power.If you’re looking for an upright go for one with more power!

Really pleased with this. I tried it on a thick wool coat that had some very deep creases from storage. After a few passes, they melted away. I had thought I would need to send the coat for dry cleaning to remove them, so already it is saving me money. I have also used it on a very delicate silk blouse, that I was going to give to charity because it was so badly creased. Again, the creases just disappeared. So, yes, I am really happy with this. I recommend it.

Does school skirts, polo shirts, cardigans & blazers really well! Not that great on the shirts my son wears to school…not sure if that’s because of M&S shirts being so wrinkly or the machine. But would definitely recommend to anyone!Machine does 7 items, then have to refill. Heats up really quickly! Turbo button is good.
