Q: what is the last compartment for ? the one next to telescopic handle?

That is where I put my mouse and power cord...I also put World Bible School material in all the compartments depending upon how much I need to take with me to the office. I am grateful for the smooth wheels and how light the case is to lift into and out off the car...I only wish I had purchased this laptop case a long time ago!!! from an old lady in New Mexico!!!

It has a pocket for laptop and one for files.

Q: No piggybacking is a deal breaker?

If your question is, "Can this be piggybacked on a larger piece of luggage?" The answer is no, but this is a great rolling laptop bag, so happy with my purchase. Maybe you can have a seamstress add the strap to make it a piggyback unit.

Q: Does this bag tip forward with the weight of a laptop?

I have not had any issue with it tipping over with my laptop and items in it. The only time I’ve had that problem is because I pushed it over. I honestly love it and have no complaints but this is just my opinion.
