What are the dimensions for the junior size?

I’m not sure what the junior size is, as I purchased the adult size...it says the Jr. size is recommended for a child under twelve, so if you’re close on the age or have a child that’s big for their age, I’d prob go with the adult. I’m 5’8 and 178 lbs and it works well for me.

Does it come with a strap to secure the ankles.

No, you hold it in place either between your lower thighs or just below the knees by keeping your legs together.
