Best Cookbook I've ever Purchased
I love this cookbook! The recipes are so easy to make and sooooo delicious. It has taught me how to shop and eat healthy meals with the included shopping list and a sample week menu. I'm on week 4 of my new healthy eating and a benefit I wasn't expecting is the slow loss of weight. This cookbook pared with the YUKA app, finding healthy food is a breeze.

Very similar to "MIND Diet Plan & Cookbook" and you probably don't need both of these books.

Mind Diet for Beginners
It seems to be a good book with needed information for people's health. I am vegan and there are some recipes for vegans, but not that much. I am trying to make changes in the recipes to help me to lower my blood pressure. The medical information in the book is great.

Excellent cookbook
In an effort to improve my family’s eating habits, I bought this cookbook. We’ve loved every recipe. The recipes are quick and don’t require a lot of ingredients. Nor do they require odd, unusual ingredients.I highly recommend this book if you’re interested in helping your cognitive development.
