It doesn’t shimmer at all. That’s why I purchased it, I was looking for a simple highlight.

Is this product non-comedogenic?

Yes, it is non-comedogenic. It is an excellent product, very light weight and provides a sheen to the skin wherever applied. This is high-end makeup from a high-end skin care line.

Can you use highlighter as concealer too?

No, for me it doesn’t work as a concealer. It’s too light. Don’t like it very much ….
