This is the most significant supplement I have ever taken.
The sports medicine doctor I was using for stem cell injections in my knees recommended this supplement before my treatment. He is a doctor of some renown in Ft. Worth Texas. He is used by one University as their sports medicine doctor and the Ft. Worth Livestock and Rodeo Association. I started taking the supplement about 10 days before the procedure. My knees were in such bad shape I had thought I would have to use a wheelchair at my grand-daughter's wedding. As it turned out, after starting this supplement, I didn't even need a cane. The doctor wants me to take the supplement for at least 4 months. I told him I will never stop taking it.

Excellent Anti-Aging Supplement
I have no idea how this works, only that it does work. I'm 65 and was beginning to feel my age this past year. My balance was gone, as well as my memory. After taking these for about 3 weeks, I am feeling like my younger self. Everything is better! I can even do some of the yoga that I haven't done in years. Feels great! Thanks! Only thing I don't like is the price. Those of us on SSI won't be able to afford all the time. Otherwise, I do highly recommend for anyone feeling the aches and pains, as well as cognitive decline, of old age.

take daily or else
Not professional opinion just my own: first bottle had results w/ lower back, second bottle I had some lapse in daily intake missed a few days therefore not as good results it seems w/ knee & back. Also don't consume alcohol it will negate any progress. I don't know if there's any warning re: alcohol.
