Works great and I like that I can easily take it on and off as I was working on my TV setup. One caution - if feeding wires from above (e.g., ceiling), allow extra to loop around below instead of straight in because you'll crimp the wire otherwise.

Fine if needed and if carefully installed...
Being small and mostly plastic, proceed very carefully at every step. You don't have a lot of "spare room" here with the box flange and it has a number of extra and small parts to bring together all at once. An easier, safer, install is to just to buy one of the larger units for a few dollars more. Practical note: If you're trying to put in this small box and put the TV flush up against it, there isn't any spare room here for the cords and cables. Of special concern should be the power cord - you can't easily tuck it in the wall through the small hole provided - and it's a fire hazard if you do. For some installs with little room in the wall, these are maybe a good choice. For "roomier" spaces you'd do better, probably, to spend a few dollars more and put in a bigger box. Your back and hands will thank you later - after you get off the ladder in good shape.

Clean cable pass-through
This recessed low-voltage cable plate creates a clean wall pass-through for data and AV cables, which is exactly what I needed behind a wall-mounted setup. The in-wall cable management hides up to five cords and keeps the installation looking finished instead of cluttered. The built-in duplex receptacle is a thoughtful bonus, and the plate does its main cable-routing job very well.
