Yes! it is really good .... orinal as in genuine ..... YEs!

Q: Can the silicone band be replaced with a nato strap?

I guess technically, yes, but this is a very thick watch and not sure a nato strap on it would be very practical. Also, this particular silicone strap is very nice.

Q: I’m confused, this watch has depth rating of 300 M I assumed submersible, but can’t be worn while swimming and bathing?

The description us wrong. It is 300m WR. It withstands scuba diving perfectly, so yes, swimming and bathing is piece of cake as long as the crown is tightly screw in.

Q: Watch is water resistant to 300 meters, doesn't that mean it is safe to swim/snorkel with? Why does description state not to swim with? Error?

I agree, that is confusing, I don't know if Invicta themselves would answer this or not. Mine has gotten submerged a few time, not very deep, without issue. The only issue I do have is with the silicone band, I've worn watches ever since 4th grade, about 50 years ago, 24/7, and have found that silicone bands tend to irritate my wrist if I wear them more then 2 days straight. Also, the Invicta's band has some stitching which after 8 or 9 months has started to come out.
