Adapter cable for connecting an external audio source to the AUX2 interface of a Blaupunkt car radio - Features RCA jacks Review: Awesome! - Left and right channel color codes where swapped but I hardly care. This is awesome since I didn't have to damage or tap into the original cabling. I have the version where I have the 6 disc changer in the back, however I also have the double din radio where I have a tape player and a CD player in the front. If u have this version I suggest getting this product since you can disconnect the 6 disc changer in the back, so this way you can have one aux for your phone. The tape option and front cd player still work so u don't loose cd functionality. BTW to install, play a disc on the cd changer in the back, then turn off the radio while it's playing the disc. When u take the radio out only remove the top one. DON'T TOTALLY U PLUG THE Radio. When u turn it on and play something it will be stuck on the track, disc and time of the cd chnage but will play your aux. Pressing the cd button will still switch between the front cd changer and the rear cd changer which is now your aux. You can of course also still play tapes and the regular radio or even telephone if u got that. Review: Perfect for my Need - I used this item to make my own iPhone/iPod connection in my Mercedes Benz ML320. I swapped this in instead of my CD changed harness and used the product IPOD TO RCA AND 3.5 CONNECTION to give me an iPod connector. Works like a charm, even supports charging if powered (I wired it in to the connectors on the back of my cigarette lighter). Sounds great and looks great.

Awesome for MB ML320 owners
I have a 2000 Mercedes Benz ML320 that I have been dying to install some sort of ipod integration into. I really hate the FM radio transmitters that are so popular because I think the quality is low and I can't stand it when static or other interference happens. After much research, I found a link to this item. This was THE SOLUTION. If you have an ML, and you have the MCS unit as the radio/CD changer control, all you have to do it pull the MCS out (use the correct keys), unplug the CD changer (you won't miss it) and plug this in. Then, all you need is a RCA to 3.5mm audio connector to be able to plug in your ipod. I ran mine from behind the MCS, underneath the center control area, to the compartment underneat the armrest. Great product.

Perfect for Mercedes 2000 ML320
Worked perfectly to add an AUX on Mercedes 2000 ML320. Easy to setup, just have to let a CD in the charger.

Does not work with ML320
So I wanted to be able to listen to my MP3 player in my ML320. Found this, read other reviews and everyone says that this thing has solved all their aux problems in ML320. I have 2001 ML320 (per-face lift). After I connected this to the back of the stereo unit and selected CD, it tells me that CD changer is not connected. The product itself is good, seems to be well build, I just can't get it to work with ML320.

Its Working!!!
Well after some reading at Mercedes Benz forums, I found this adapter here to convert my CD changer audio input on my stock stereo to these 2 rca's and then 1/8in plug for my ipod. Works great. (2000 ML430)
