Hi Elizabeth, the toy is packaged with 4 treat rings to get you started, and any additional treat rings are sold separately.

Thank you for your question! The Extra-Small bristle bone is recommended for pets that weight about 10 pounds, Small is designed for pets 10-20 pounds, medium bristle bones are for 20-50 pounds, and Large are for dogs over 50 pounds.
