This is my first time to try this product. I’ve always bought the expensive name brand refills. I’m so glad I tried it! Print quality and value for the money is exceptional!

This is a defective product and cannot be returned. I am extremely disappointed.
Amazon should not be selling a defective item. Shame on them!

Arrived fast! But smears after printing on paper :(
Arrived very quickly which I really appreciate. Can’t beat the price on name brands. Downside is after printing on paper the ink does smears - hot off the press and if you swipe your finger over the ink on the paper. I thought maybe it had to do with my paper so I switch my paper to a different and l more expensive brand but still had the same issue. So not sure if I’ll buy again but maybe I just had a bad batch? Haven’t tested this on photo paper and not sure if it would smear on that too..?
