The Cappelini cutter is just like Angel Hair noodles’ width which was exactly what I was looking for! Haven’t used the wide noodles cutter yet... but it looks wider than normal. That’s not a problem for how we like it... but not everyone’s the same! I’d still purchase this set again for the width of the cappelini cutter!

This is a great addition to the 3 piece pasta attachment set. You need that set to roll the dough, but this set gives you 2 additional cutting options: Capellini (Angel hair) and Lasagnette (wide ribbon noodle).

First let me say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pappardelle cutter. I use my original Kitchenaid pasta set (KSMPRA) ALL the time and desperately wanted a wider noodle cutter to compliment this set. I've been waiting for this for years. The new design is slightly different but operationally is the same. They are still very high quality and made in Italy as the others. My only complaint is having to buy it as a set with the capellini cutter. Already having the spaghetti cutter I may never use it and the price for the set is high if you just want one or the other. 4 1/2 stars for that reason.
