La verdad es un muy buen afilador que maneja diferentes tipos de ángulos. Y el precio es más barato que el clásico amarillo.

I have many expensive Asian knives for cooking that I will not use unless they have a perfect edge. I bought this item for two reasons first a quick sharpen that you can change the sharpening angle and second Smith's is known for making better than average sharpeners. Well the course setting does put a nice edge while the finishing ceramic seems to be slightly off and I have to pull the knives thorough from both sides of the sharpener over 40 times the get the perfect edge. For a quick sharpening this is my go to item, but for a perfect edge I will still use my sharpening stones.

Good quality sharpener. I bought cheaper ones which were junk. This one is solid, ergonomically good, sharpens without damaging my knives - a keeper.
