Fantastic design, but very poorly executed in a couple of key areas.
I have a lot of bags, and carry a slingpack pretty much everywhere. I have a CCW and use the bag for off body carry, but also need a pack to tote my iPad and other stuff. My previous pack was a tacticool number from Yukon Outfitters, and while it did the job very well, it had lots of Molle straps and basically screamed "shoot me first." I was excited to see this pack but won't be keeping it. Here is why:The pack itself is very well thought out, great pockets and lots of them. There is a pocket that seems designed for an iPad and this pack was perfect to stow all my gear with room to spare. The weapon pocket is also nicely thought out, with magnets to hold the pocket closed if you have to unzip and be ready. This pack looks like a regular commuter sling pack, doesn't call attention to itself at all. I really wanted to love it, but the failures are too big to overlook.First off, the strap is woefully inadequate. The pad is terrible- too thin to distribute weight at all. The bottom part of the strap is about an inch wide and does not do a good job of holding the bag in place. Due to the strap system, the bag feels much heavier loaded than it really is. The hand carry handle at the top is adequate for the task, but no more.The bag ships with a weapon holster that fastens to the hook and loop in the dedicated weapon compartment. This holster is beyond being a joke- it is fully adjustable to different sized handguns but doesn't hold any of them well. In fact, the attachment material buckles under weight and leaves a bulge in the bag. I tried a holster from another bag and it didn't adhere any better.All in all, this bag is inexpensive and simply doesn't perform. The joy of saving money fades the second you realize that the bag is inadequate for its designated task. A strap upgrade and a better weapon retention system is all that keeps this bag from being an absolute star. As it is, I would spend a bit more money and get something sturdier.

Functional and quality
Good material, good quality. Didn’t really work for what we specifically needed but we like the product and are going to keep it.
