Best sun shelter to date!
This is our third summer using the 7x7.5 sun ninja with 66” poles.Best and easiest sun shelter for the beach we’ve ever used!I bought a larger scoop which makes a big difference. My husband puts the poles together (I hate the sound of sand against the metal connections) while I fill the bags and stretch out the canopy. It takes us about the same amount of time. This shelter is up in probably 4 minutes tops! I’m going to time myself next time and report back! 🤣Only regret is we didn’t get the longer poles. At 5’2” I can easily stand under but my husband cannot. Not that he really needs to stand underneath it anyway. If we were to do it again we might get the larger size so we wouldn’t have to move as the sun sets, but it’s no big deal and is a good size for 2 people.

Saves your back and your travelling storage space
So much easier to handle than our metal framed canopy--no more sore back to just get it to the beach. It's light weight and packs away into small duffle. It works well on a normal Atlantic ocean beach day, if the wind picks up, then even with bags full of sand, you are at risk of it coming down (yes, I followed the instructions). My metal framed canopy handled the exact same wind without issue. Mine was on sale so it was a little less cost than our other canopy. Hopefully, we will get a few years service out of it. (For comparison, we are at 13yrs with our metal framed canopy.)

Easy to setup and provides good shade
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Held up well even on a day the wind gust were up to ~25mph at the beach. Nice that you can setup just using 2 poles to shade against the setting sun. I like that it doesn't take up a lot of room to transport in the car. Idk if the material will hold up for years to come , hopefully it will cause it wasn't cheap.

Pole placement and a ton of sand
I’m giving this four out of five simply because I’ve used this only one time so I can’t say anything about longevity. However, I learned fairly quickly the key to windy conditions is all about pole placement and a lot of sand in the bags. This is literally a sail and if you place your poles closer towards the edge of the fabric and with a lot of weight from the sand you can allow the wind to work for you. You also don’t need all four poles in gusty conditions. We had two working in the front facing the wind and the wind did the rest lifting the back of the tent parachute style. Now if this material deteriorates then all bets are off. Fingers crossed. 😎

Easy is the Word
The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw this on the beach and watched the guy put it up. I was fascinated. I watched it through the day as the wind came up. Cheap umbrellas turned inside out. I put my kites up. That shade was dancing a bit but holding up. Cabanas were blowing over and seagulls were struggling. This wasn’t struggling at all. A bit flappy but solid. When it was time to go home I was struggling to fold my cabana. The guy who had this didn’t struggle at all. So I bought one as soon as I got home. It goes up like a whisper. No muscle power needed. This old lady put it up in five minutes. No pinched fingers or sharp metal edges as in those metal shades. One person with a dodgy knee and a bad back can put it up and talks it down alone. There were all sorts of little surprises in the box. Loads of instructions. They are on the pole bags (two poles per bag). They are in the side pocket. There’s a little bags for the stakes and bungies. The poles are a substantial aluminum. The fabric is a stretchy, soft material. There’s even a little shovel to fulfill the sandbags. The grass stakes go into a lawn easily and stay there.I like this shade. It deals with our gusty winds just fine. It dances a bit but that’s probably the operator’s fault. (Excuse the photos. It was nearly 6pm)

Love it!
Best beach purchase ever!! I use it every time I go to the beach, which is usually at least 3 times a year. It’s easy to set up, but does take time to fill the corners up with sand - have your kiddos help which can make it fun. I’ve had it for 3 years with really no major issues, one of the poles gets stuck sometimes and won’t close all the way in one spot and if it does it’s really hard to collapse, but otherwise it’s still like new!

Great Beach Tent
This beach tent was perfect for our week in Florida. It held up great through strong winds and 7 full days of use and was easily packed away in the included travel bag for use in the future. Set-up was super quick and easy.I was incredibly happy with this purchase.

Creates shade, but it's still hot.
Things I like:1. The footprint is giant so you have a lot of space around you.2. Easy to set up.3. Light to carry4. My partner and I can lay together on a blanket without a pole between us.Things I don't like:1. You can still get burned under this thing and it is hot. The material does not block out all of the Sun. Definitely hotter than under an umbrella.2. I live in a really windy area and it doesn't hold up so well in high winds.3. Doesn't work in the rain.I'm glad I bought it. We bring it to the beach all the time, but sometimes it is not the perfect option. I do wish it was a little less hot under the shade of the material.
