Q: How long does this keep? Does it go bad?

I have found Cobalt flakes to keep well over a couple of months in the well sealed bucket. What I do is place the flakes in smaller containers so I do not have to open the large bucket. Do not let moisture get into the flakes. That will promote mold. If you have to keep the flakes for a long period of time, I would suggest you place them in a tight sealed container and put them in the freezer. I working on my 4th bucket and have NEVER had any problems.

Q: Is this good for Discus fish?

Yes I do believe they make one for discus fish

Q: This flakes is good for oscars ??

Im sure it will work. I used pellet when i use to breed them just because of there size.

They are on back order some of there product are no longer being made you can always go to the company website & find out
