Super franchement pas du tout déçue. A la base j’ai pris ça parceque je ne déjeune pas le matin et j’ai pas le temps. Depuis que j’ai commencer à boire un le matin je suis beaucoup moins fatiguée. Pas trop sucrée pas écœurant j’apprécie j’ai pris goût chocolat. Et franchement pas chère pour 1 petit déjeuné pour 40jours 25€

Ich habe mal den Chat GPT mit der Nährwerttabelle gefüttert, kurz gesagt: nicht schlecht und man kann auch 2 Mahlzeiten damit ersetzen (Die Menge bei bedarf entsprechend Anpassen). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Per me è il migliore Sostituto per pasto! Mescolate con latte o acqua ha un ottimo gusto di cioccolato senza retrogusto strano, per me ha il sapore del latte e Nesquik che prendevo da bambino, inoltre è ricco di vitamina, solo 200Kcal a porzione e saziante. Io lo uso perché sto in fase di Ricombinazione corporea, quindi sostituzione di massa grassa con massa magra; lo uso per sostituire 2 pasti al giorno che mi permette di stare in deficit calorico senza arrivare al pasto successivo con la fame. Non ho nemmeno avuto problemi intestinali, anzi mi ha regolarizzato.
