It looks ok but when I opened it all not dry but I don’t know which one is the best such as dry or wet. However, it all not long cm but I found out it just said 12 to 15cm only..

Smells heavenly
Beans with the most seeds I've seen so far within each pod. Notably fresh due to the visible sheen of oil coating each bean and smells wonderful. Cooked it in some custard and pastry cream - the vanilla comes through very well.

Very fresh
Pros: This is as described when you open the packet the smell is great10 sticks as describedNice and dry but not too dry, so easy to cut openPerfect to add directly to your baking.Excellent for making vanilla essence but the B grade does the exact same job just takes a little longerCons:More expensive than B grade yet the same content, just dried more. While excellent quality, I would buy the b grade as i use it for making vanilla extract for baking. The b grade is just slightly drier than the A grade, other than that there is no difference other than price, still has the same vanilla bean just more concentrated due to drying more, it does take longer to get usable essence but when making vanilla extract for baking 1 year steeping is a must 18 months even better. I have about 6 bottles siting in my cupboard that I shake once a week. One way to speed up the process to maybe 6 months or even three months is to warm the bottle in a sink of hot water once a week or month.. Takes about 30 min.
