I usually NEVER leave a review, but wow. I am just blown away by how every single page is so well thought out and all the illustrations...and for the price! I wish there was a smaller version for me to carry around at all times!!

Wonderful Book for your children. The book we have received, is really in good condition. Very beautiful pictorial explanation with brief information. An ultimate reference book for your kids if they are really interested about the universe.

Kids enjoyed reading the book and i have purchased the series of these and would recommend for visual learners.

The format of this large hard bound edition consists of an individual astronomical topic covered on two pages spread, with the emphasis on colorful graphics and illustrations accompanied by text. The graphics are very professional looking and greatly assisted this reader to comprehend the diverse topics covered. You can certainly use this book as reference and read a specific topic. I spent the time to read through cover-to-cover since my astronomical knowledge required a major refresher. The major sections are as follows with the number of topics covered in (): Space from Earth (12), The Solar System (25), Stars (18), Galaxies and the Universe (23) and Space Exploration (22). The book has a very helpful comprehensive index. A welcomed addition to my astronomy bookshelf.
